    Paint cake comes in plastic casing. They were never factory sealed or sealed in any way when originally purchased directly from Kryolan. The paint cakes come in a dry form and need moisture to use. The cakes may crack during shipping but this does not effect the use or paint in anyway.
    Use a damp sponge or brush to apply, turn on the black light and let the fun begin!
