    Liquid Makeup Brush - Item Actually Used by Kyoto's Famous Maiko & Geisha
    This natural 'Itahake' Japanese cosmetic brush is for applying liquid makeup or masks to large areas of the face or neck but could be used for many other purposes. It is hand made of natural Japanese Hinoki wood and goat hair and is gentle on the skin. This is the exact type of brush used by Kyoto's famous Maiko and Geiko of Gion and Kabuki Actors to apply their white stage makeup.
    It measures about 2½” (60mm) in width.
    NOTE: All of the opaque, white, 'SHIRO-NURI' makeup items as used by Geisha, Maiko and Kabuki actors are available in our eBay Store. We supply all of the professional items including makeup brushes. These are the real thing, exactly as used by the Maiko and Geiko of Gion.
